Same, I used the contact form to ask for tracking info but no response yet. I need the tracking number because it is being delivered to my old address...
I have a friend that hasn't received a single response to the many emails he has sent. I'd definitely never buy anything from him after this fiasco!
Last year I reached out to Justin over email and IG to try and change my delivery address for this guy, but never got a reply. Realised that it had been delivered to my Brooklyn address a month ago, and I don't have an easy way to get there, so I'm writing the poor Cyclops off. Anyway I'm not invested enough to make a big fuss over it, just saw this thread and remembered. I should have followed it up harder but had my own issues going on, so I just forgot. If anyone wants to slip into my old building and grab it for your own collection, you have my blessing
@zindabad That’s a major, major bummer, dude. You should absolutely be either compensated with another Trike Clops, or a refund. Having an address request slip through like that is no bueno. As for me, I did write a comment on the most recent Trike Clops post on the ISH page, asking if there were any updates. He expressed apologies, thanked me for continued patience and stated they’re currently awaiting another shipment from M1 before they can continue rolling out shipping orders to waiting customers. I’m not particularly peeved about the wait; I’ve waited longer before. I just didn’t know if anyone else here had received theirs. Even still, it’s bad form to ignore multiple messages and not publicize any sort of update at all for some time. I get peeps are busy with multiple projects, but it still helps ease worried minds!
I received mine about 4-6 weeks ago (UK). For reference, I just missed out on the LE Signed version (it was in my cart, I paid but it said 'cart empty'); so I hoped back and bought the standard version. My assumption, perhaps wrongly, was that he was filling them in purchase order and I must have been near the top of the list. With that said, I've heard, on more than one release, that M1 are often delayed (at least with Trikes) and deadlines slip. I'm still waiting on a Halloween Matango that I paid for 6-months ago, so perhaps it is just par for the course. Still no excuse for poor customer service and ignoring emails/messages but just wanted to mention the above for context regarding production.
@zindabad You should reach out to him again. Justin’s communication about this whole thing has been awful.
This is what I'm worried about. My cross country move plans are finally starting to stabilize and I still don't have this thing in my hands one year plus out.
Best of luck with the move sir! I know you had to delay. I figure just throw paint at the wall, every contact channel, until you get confirmation of the address change. I hope it works out and your move goes smoothly.
