I’m confused about the “consignment shop” They’re running on Insta. Are they selling other people’s toys? Or is this just leftover stock? Either way, there was a toy that previously sold on their site for $75 that, upon DM, I was told would now cost me $200+. It didn’t sit well with me. It felt like the shop itself was getting into the flipping business.

You have to be careful deciding to make a toy because it's shit like that that can make or break you. I stupidly made a toy once and said "Fuck 10" toys Let's do a 9" toy." Doesn't fit in ANYONE'S collection anywhere. Too big AND too small.
Or it could be completely original and still get tawdry comparisons and passive aggressive insults tossed onto it. Everyone is so worried about their collecting "style" being "cramped" they've painted SULKldrain into a corner. So much cool variety? It's a shame really.
