tricicle cyclope ish???

Got mine after Maddie called him out on IG. He contacted us via DM and asked for our order number. I refused his offer for a refund. I wanted our trike.

A day or so later we got shipping confirmation but no tracking. We eventually got it last week. Upon arrival, we noticed there was tracking on the label. That bothers me that he could not even relay that to us because if the package is lost, I cannot find out on my end what happened and as everyone has said here and on IG, it's not easy to get a response from him much less to request tracking info.

I hope that more trikes will be landing soon. This experience has not been pleasant. Everyone asking him has been on the edge of politeness but I can see that some are just done.

 

sorry to hear all that... it must be with getting products in from M-1? because the Garloo shipped almost as fast as you ordered it

 

As of about a week ago, more were supposed to arrive "any day now", and that he's hoping to finish off the rest of the orders by the end of next month.

 

Mine showed up last week. Hopefully anyone else still waiting will have theirs within the next couple weeks.

 

Has anyone received a shipping notification for the Galligantus Tricyle? I've been forced to change address and I am hoping to God I don't fall into the same situation described here when he did the cyclops pre order:

I only messaged two days ago, God willing I can get through.

 

A couple of weeks ago, he posted a 'progress' photo of a fair number of the Galligantus riders but no trikes or eta's. Hope there is not a tricycle bottleneck. Replies from Ish are hit and miss.

Same! Excited for you this! Hopefully more HH is on the way. I'd love to see a Medusa or Kraken; maybe even just a HH dino.

 

Sent a request to update my address due to the forced circumstances which he responded to saying he would update.

Receive a notification today that its been shipped to the old address (no tracking on the email either). Contacted him to confirm but yet to hear back. Absolutely poor form.
