don't get me wrong, I think the creepy dawgs are great, I'm just a bit tired of seeing a million different version popping up left and right, seems like there's a new set dropping every other day somewhere.
Im not to be honest and allot of variety is a good thing as these are still very limited color ways. Its the same thing with the Ummikko ape. Allot of variety but i never get tired of the one figure.
I really dig the Bigfoot, but something about the random PayPal account that you're supposed to pay to preorder rubbed me the wrong way. I'll hold out for a colorway that I like more, maybe something that's available through Lulu or TAG or something.
I felt the same way, especially with the point they made that if they run out you'll be refunded. I would be so pissed if I missed out and it took forever for a refund

Did anyone see the Bowie tribute “Stardust Baron's" ? what a paint job & tribute ! * Image from http://softoyhobby.com/ Did anyone on here grab on since there custom I'm just wondering what the fully bagged item looked like!
I am incredibly surprised that a company that makes pretty much nothing but bootleg bootlegs did something so crass as to take advantage of the recent death of a beloved public figure.
I don't get it how it's so offensive. It's perfectly natural for an artist to produce work that reflects the times. Should there have been a specific time period observed before the sale of anything Bowie related? Should I feel bad because I themed one of my recent dj nights after Bowie, because I get paid for playing records? I think the sale of mass-produced Bowie memorabilia should be considered more offensive than an artist's expression. Those product peddling entities are the ones laughing their way to the bank. An artist sells his art to live, and so he can make more art. Who knows, Bowie might even have liked these...
Chiming in more out of boredom than giving a shit, but I'm unsure which is worse, the questionable timing or the fact they are so fuckin' lame! Indeed there is a chance Mr Bowie might have liked these . . . conversely he might have thought 'What a wanker!'
lots of runs out there lately..I also recently did a run of 1off sets with Awesome Toy like them or hate them .. either way I like em ..fun toy!
Awesome Toys stated on February 25 that they just finish painting the Stardust Barons. So they should be packing them and going out soon if not already.
I thought these looked good. I still haven't really looked much into Bowie so I didn't immediately know they were homages.
Just finished up this 1off battle set SLAVExONExAwesomeToy Thrash City for the upcoming KAIJU BATTLERS show at Clutter Gallery
