Wondering how stores like HeroGang and the Mandarakes keep afloat with the places crammed to the gills with miles of piles of product that seems to sit there for years, if not forever. 1 - Low overhead, 2 - high markup, 3 - fast turnover, 4 - some of the above, 5 - all of the above, 6 - none of the above?
I'm pretty sure that a lot of this is all about artificial scarcity to keep a floor on prices and gold mine stores w/social media to help bolster demand.
i remember it being a long train ride out of tokyo proper- one of the most expensive shops i went into, beating out CKA for high prices
