    starting a convo is the new "pm".
    cant delete posts though which is kind of a bummer.

    "Reply" in the post you want to quote will quote it.
    Delete was never a thing on the old board I don't believe unless you were the initiating post in a new thread...I don't believe that's changed.

    I'm not against adding that ability back in, I know it can help in BST threads so that they don't get cluttered. And actually now that I think about it, admins might have the ability to un-delete threads, so if we need to do that we always can.

    I certainly like the idea of being about to resurrect threads when necessary (admins I mean). I just hope we don't face another major deletion debacle that goes and throws off all of out post redirects and searches again. A lesson to play nice everyone!

    I say keep it as is, if a thread gets bad, you can always lock :) I like being able to look through history. I think it helps newcomers like me out.

    I saw that this was touched on several pages back by Lixx and gatiio with differing opinions, but would there be a way to integrate the option to show page counts and the 'first unread post' shortcuts under thread titles? I miss that, and used it all the time on the previous iteration. Having to hover over the thread title just to see how many pages it has is an extra unnecessary step, and it's hard to tell if a thread is new or not at first glance.

    Pretty please?

    I just disabled the auto-hiding feature for page numbers. To get to the first unread post, you click on the red circle next to a thread title, there isn't an option for adding a "first unread post" link under thread titles right now.

    I was discussing it with some other board members, and I think it might have been mentioned in passing here too, but the stretching of images in quoted posts is kind of strange. I am not sure why this seems to happen with a lot of IG stuff, but I know it also occurs when quoting posts where the 'IMGWIDTH' tag has been used, because, while the quoted/nested nature wants to resize the pic in the post to a smaller size, I think the width specification causes it to remain at that width, so only the height is decreased; i.e. either one does not override the other to just do a ratio shrinkage. It's just a small thing, but in some cases really distorts the image (which is of course there, for anyone that wants to click it - I am just mentioning this to explain why the stretching might be occurring).
