Just checked out the Grumble Blog and they've got a post re: the new Buta toys and their background from Chibira-Kun. These look to me like they may be the starting point for the Zollmen figures (a starting point and then completely spun out). Anyone else? The guy w/ the glasses as the douche figure, the boy as the reverse swastika figure, pochi pochi and the green guy as the dog, etc...
I guess you haven't been reading the other pages of the thread. And butanohana was not the first to make these Chibira-kun toys..just a fyi.
It's been a long time since his previous release. Great to see they keep coming. Funny color pattern. I still like the original release more, this one lacks the Godzilla feel I enjoyed.
