A part of me really really wants this to come out at sdcc this year but another part of me wants it to come out later. I will buy it regardless but sometimes it's overwhelming when a figure is released in three different colors instantly.
Scott - do you know if the orange and blue have been released since I haven't seen them posted for sale?
It is supposed to be released soon is all they said at the show. And the hidden head on the figure is poo shaped.
This leads into the question of "what consistency of poo are we talking about?" but I can wait to find out
All Japanese people deposit their poo in neat little tiered mounds. That's why they can get by with those tiny toilets in the floor- no need for those giant containment bowls that we westerners require.
I thought this sculpt was named Eaton because it looks like something had a hand in designing. (ducks for cover)
Hi Koji - That is very good new to hear - so far can I assume that the Green and Red Eaton version are the only two that are out at this time and that the orange blue are the next to be released (other then the customs)?
i picked one up today and have to say this figure RULEZ with heavy barbarian fist wielding a giant battle axe. Much bigger in person and a sculpt that sort of changes and takes on different personalities at different angles.
I think the Red head/Green body (Japanese release only?) is a reference to the traditional Japanese lion/lion dance (shishi-mai).
we have been refrencing this guy all thread.... tristan eaton.. creator of the all mighty (LOL-booooo) d.unny.
I met him in NYC when I was there last. Seems like a nice guy. Jay - nice score on the Japan release Eaton. Wish I had one. They always seem to pop up when I'm broke (as with all other toys I've missed and have been looking for).
