Maaaan, looks like Graveyard Gallery (Hakaba Gallery?) did another run of 5 rereleases, but I missed the preorder window. Do they usually have some stock for order, after the preorders have shipped? I could really use that Gabara.
@Smotemotem This was a fun set of Toho releases. The Angilas resembles the sample paint version from the 1970's Bullmark catalog. It is also interesting to me that they reverted the Gojira tail from the Marusan J-tail back to a tail that more closely resembles the Bullmark L-tail to match the vintage toy. I ordered both of those to check out.
Thanks for the responses, buds. These are gorgeous. That’s such a faithful color scheme for Mothra, for collectors who care about that. I gotta keep an eye on this gallery and see of they rerelease any of the other Toho sculpts that I’m missing. I still need Mechanikong and the trio from Space Amoeba, too.
Mechanikong will never be reissued due to Toho not having the rights to grant licenses for him. And so far there have been no reissues of Kameba, I'm guessing the original molds were never found and they will have to tool up the figure from scratch.
Did anyone enter the mail order for the Zimella toy from Marusan? Got mine last friday and god damn is it a big ass toy!

Some new Marumon goodness from my Toycon UK haul, really good to see Marusan doing well there. Really lucky that a friend went and did my shopping .

I'm probably going Sunday. What is Marusan selling this year at 5 Points? I want to make sure i have enough $.
He hasn't shared specifics yet, I will definitely do so here when he does, but I would expect Marumon and Ultraman kaiju, not Toho stuff.

Kaminaga-san told me the sculptor of that newish cartoony Booska is the same one who makes the puppets for Godziban.
Most of the leftovers here are going to Toy Tokyo. Some are going to Monster Patrol. The Monster Patrol show will also feature the leftover Kubo-san one offs from Five Points, plus many additional Marumon one-offs that may end up as production toys later on.
