@djkemp Yep I own it, it has the lugs cut off and yes says bullmark on the side of the foot. I have this Sadolar vs Ultrajack version complete for better reference than the book pic ...
@scobot Nice, beautiful toy, Ultraman Jack figure is near identical to the mini but seems to have katakana/kanji impressed in the side of the foot and slightly different hand position. Just for your information these toys seem to be based on the 1920s tinplate toys by a German maker called Einfalt. They made a variety of different 'fighting' toys, Boxers, Roosters etc.
Felt like an age since I've had a mail day but these four turned up today. Got a bit of work on trying to fix Ambassador Magma but he's a very tricky one to track down so I thought I'd take a punt!
I love the lone pink figure, the Radon at the bottom. Beautiful collection, Dave. But do you have room for that red Arstron when you find it? ;p
Thanks everyone and yes @Roger I will find room if/when I get that little red Arstron. I am however running out of space in the top cabinet which is just Ultra Kaiju so I'm on the hunt for another section of cabinet to go on top. Hard to find single sections though!
I know there is an orange vinyl with green spray version, I hadn't seen the smaller yellowy one before I found it in a vintage shop in Japan so there maybe versions of that one with spray on the bellies?
Bemular... Love that sculpt. It's one of the few mini bullmarks I have. So much charm AND SASS packed in there.
