Gargamel Lucky Bags 2019 (there will be spoilers)

Yep. At least in all the bags so far.

 

Got my bags today! Got 2 this year as had some birthday money burning a hole in my pocket (turned 40 a few weeks ago )

I only hoped that I didn’t get any doubles as I though this years selection was great.





Stoked with what I pulled.

 

Yeah, I believe so. I could barely see him through the green so I HAD to take him out to get a better look. Definitely a gem of this years LB IMO.

If any on is sill looking to pick-up a bag, I have one left.

I've seen a few people on Instagram with same green vendor/ silver driver so I assume so.

 

I opened my second bag. Same as the first bag I guess I’ll be looking for trades.

 

Make a for trade post, half the fun is wheeling and dealing on what you missed.

 

Pulled the dark green vendor and painted Bako, so I'm very happy. The other half is clear blue vendor/blank black mecha, which I'm less into, but I was crossing my fingers for that Bako and wasn't so hot on the blanks this year, so it worked out nicely

I should add that I usually end up disliking glittery vinyl pretty strongly; I usually find it annoying to see the clear spaces between flakes of glitter. But I don't get that with the glitter pilot at all. Is it just a density thing, or is there a difference in the vinyl here?

 

Well, you can order light, medium, or heavy pack glitter, maybe this is what you are referring to. I like glitter in all it's glory. The only bummer is heavy pack. Sometimes the glitter will break the surface making rough patches.

 

Lol, not buying Gargamel Lucky Bags 2019 at Super 7. I'm sure they had a few bags. Carl just posted a vid on IG showing his.

 

slight tangent, but can anyone confirm if the colour of the 2017 LB unpaint Zag perfectly matches the LB 2014 unpainted Deathra ? hard to tell from just photos.

I had my hopes set for some TO action, preferably Hedo, to mix up with the last two years bags. Got me the Bako and must say it’s a fantastic paint app.
Never understood that the pig would show up in the small black robo-bags. Was shocked to say the least and may have made some a bit over the top loud shouts. Scared the kids to say the least.

The culprit in this case

 

That painted Bako is easily my favorite thing this year, wish I'd rolled the dice on that one.

Has anyone pulled or received the other Zodiac figure? All I have seen are the flipped ear versions

@everyone - Yeah, no hand paints this year or other one of ones.... hmmmmm odd

 

If I can make an odd request: could someone with the blank Zag confirm that the figure uses the 2nd version of the Zag mold (where the body and tail are a single piece)?

 

If it's the same pulls as the painted (it looks to be) then the tail moves. But if you're wondering whether the two are from different moulds, I'd also be very interested to know.
