Regretful skip for now; I can appreciate it's a sick toy but am hoping for more Oni Kids for now. Drip in the alternate universe where I have a space set aside for Koji's work. May be doing that soon anyway if one of the Halloween bag paints gives me whiplash. Also, if the kappa head fits, does that mean we could see a cyborg Oni Kid?
I’m obviously getting old because for the life of me I can’t figure out how drip = keep. What slang is it for ? “I’m gonna drip this” “I’m dripping for this drop” etc none of it sounds any good... And because so I’m having a hard time bringing myself to use it. We can come up with a million better rhyming words that are better .
Kappabot: A Short Essay, by Spaceman Yells For as long as humankind has been a sentient consciousness there have been dreams of an advanced future, where all types of yet to be imagined creatures and energies come into existence merely by the metaphorical spark of just one beings imagination. Hundreds and thousands of years of slow but steady psychedelic growth, seeded deep within some of the most obscure recesses in the collective active awareness of the intergalactic hive mind, have begun to show signs of a new age of human/material worship. Enter, the Kappabot. Now, I know what you might be thinking. What is a Kappabot? But, I return to you an even more Kappativating query: What ISN’T a Kappabot? A cat is NOT a Kappabot, clearly. But does it WANT to be? If a cat could recognize what a Kappabot WAS, I suspect that eventually said cat would begin to identify, if by some sort of universal hypnosis, with the natural essence of the Kappabot. Kappabots are cool, after all. And who DOESN’T want to be cool? I know that CAT does. I digress... Now, I’d be lying if I told you I’ve seen a Kappabot with mine own two eyes. But, I have, in fact, had the distinct and honorable pleasure of witnessing a hi-fidelity, visual digital readout of the great and mighty structure known as Kappabot. It is glorious. Awe-inspiring. A true renegade of fanny-pack proportions. I say now, and I will say unto the farthest reaches of space/time eternal: LONG LIVE KAPPABOT. May the gods of peace & chaos bless us all with its presence. picturing a few say drip Drip to my knowledge is a hip hop term that picked up popularity last year. It's one of those words that gets annoying quick. I was reading this thread yesterday and just chuckling picturing some of the posters actually speaking "Yeah, that's the drip"... its amusing. although Drop, cop, or flop isn't really the best either. I guess we need to find new ways of saying I'd own it, i like it but i probably would'nt keep it, i don't like it, i'll pass.
