Ya. Just kind of sucks though when something you really, really, really wanted says "Sale Complete, Thank You for Purchase" and then the next morning, oh nevermind your address (?) was wrong so we just canceled it. Instead of a " hey your address was wrong, can we get it so we can get you your product you were plenty in time to get." I mean have you ever really heard me complain about this topic in the past? I know how it works. Trust me. This one just really stung. This thread is hardly read or updated so forgive me for breathing a bit of life into it. Those Cube Dorals are really cool. That will be the last you hear of it though now. Promise.
I have to make a huge apology. They ended up making it right I believe. I didn't get the email till today saying they had one for me. Words can't express my gratitude to them for making this right. I thought customer service was a dying thing but they just came through in strides. So happy right now.
Something i obtained a few months back after but just never got around to posting it till now. Love the lava that is painted between the cracks in the scales on the head and back. Shikaruna recently had a few blue versions and a GID one as well. Id be down for a straight up pink vinyl version.

This latest color way of Yabanjin put out with Convict is pretty damn snazzy.. Was not aware of the glimmering, glittery, color changing paints on his head(s). They are absolutely stunning, and compliment the deep blue vinyl very nicely! I was initially interested in the shirt this came with right off the bat, and liked the colors well enough, so I was on board from the start.. But upon receiving and opening, I was so pleasantly surprised by just how beautiful this guy is! He's quickly becoming my favorite out of the three I own, seriously that good in my opinion! Also, a word on the shirt, I tried as I may to assert I wanted a size large.. Whether or not it is, or isn't (there's no indications of it anywhere) it fits as a true large, not Japanese sizing. Just a future reference for any upcoming things they may do for interested parties.. Anyway, its a very comfortable, soft, thick material.. Big ups to Convict as a first time buyer! Not sure^^^ but to me he looks like the Candyman. I actually like the sculpt but the starting price is always way too rich for me. However one bonus of getting back on Instagram is Siccaluna constantly posts about sales with affilated Japanese stores and one offs. They just did a beautiful Giant Zagora. I just bought that new Glow Khappa (the original one not the shorter Death Kappa) they did with Arktz. The Rakuten photos don't look that great but the Instagram photo by Siccaluna looks beautiful (more purple on the glow). Both say sample photo and it could look different so who knows what it will turn out like but hey- glow! And now with five tall Khappas I have a small army. Pics (yes taken from both sites but I need to show them for comparison). Fuck a duck, I got a shipping notice already! I thought it was going to be one of those open orders till 1/25/18 then they ship later in the spring when they get made/painted. Wow never had a turnaround from order placement to shipping in the span of an hour and a half!
I've got one coming. was waiting for a great glow version. This one (the more purple one) looks really great! But both look good.
Were there any other glow versions of this sculpt? I'm pretty sure there was but can't recall. Yeah G I saw Shikaruna's post on instagram and when I checked the link it wasn't active yet- just a time frame 12/27/17 to 1/25/18. Checked again later that night thinking I'll have all the time in the world and it said 2 remaining! Maybe you got the other if you ordered around the same time? I hope it comes Saturday!
I remember seeing one on mandarake. I was hoping to grab it, but it just sold before the latest release. (https://order.mandarake.co.jp/order/detailPage/item?itemCode=1073338928&ref=flist) ...I saw the glow version on the site and the Instagram pic, and that's all I know. The link on Instagram was for the rakuten release. I ordered fairly early I guess. Mine should ship tomorrow. I'm really hoping it's more like the version with purple sprays. That one is perfect to me.
OK spoiler tags removed. So yeah the photo Siccaluna posted on instagram was the true version. We lucked out! I can't wait to charge him up tonight and take a glow shot (will post). EDIT: I just realized I have a virtual darkroom in the house as in the laundry room...decided to half use the @Yuck!!! technique and charge him via the iphone flashlight but instead of breaking out my DSLR I was lazy and used iphone 7 camera (not bad though)
Glad I held out for a glow release. Just wow...sculpt, sprays, size, packaging--and they don't make it so hard to afford one! Just wow.
It is a really lovely toy, as well as being very affordable. Could not have asked for a better glow version. I nicknamed mine Grape Ape for some reason.
Got mine too, glad I jumped on this. They are fantastic. Had the same question as you @Lixx about which version it would be...and the same issue with it not being live until later in the day. Glad it is the Siccaluna IG pic version.
Anyone else see that two headed tree monster he's got on ig? Seriously awesome. And that two headed dog. Excited for these releases.
I'm glad to see new life being given to the old S-K sculpts. Although the near-10,000 yen markup from retail on the original releases gives me pause. I guess micro runs are better than the prior deluge of one-offs.
