Hello! Other than this thread, is there a dedicated thread for M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E. figures? I've been hearing the pink figures will be sold sometime soon online. Where was this announcement made exactly? On this site or in a video? I have other pages (Adultcollector.org for example) but I've created a new Facebook page dedicated to this toy line. It will contain relevant, specific information for collectors who don't want to sift through M.U.S.C.L.E. pages and sites to find it: https://www.facebook.com/motuscle Any chance we can get random assortments of these figures in different colors and packaged in either a little garbage can container, or maybe a container that looks like the vintage Horde slime? I would be interested in a wrestling ring for these! I'd also like to see a small wrestling belt that we can strap to the figures.
Firstly, welcome to the forum. No, there is not another dedicated thread for the M.O.T.U.S.C.L.E. figures. As I noted earlier, [un]official announcements of all of the MOTU related products have basically been coming from Kris in the Super7 thread: viewtopic.php?f=50&t=49921 I think where collectors on this forum are concerned it is all more or less one line, and probably doesn't warrant a new thread discussion for the each of various forms of MOTU merch. The M.U.S.C.L.E. figures are indeed cool, depending on how the line takes off we might see some accessories like those you have mentioned, but I would say for now probably the focus for S7 is just getting the toys made and out there.
just gave in and bought the MOTU SDCC trash can. glad they put it up online after the show. now to wait for the wave 2 in multi colors as well
All the new news is GREAT. Such Good stuff and the motu community is huge. I can wait to see what zainy tuff get created. I really want a beastman vinyl.
A stupid question I'm sure, but with the new wave of MOTUSCLE that came out, will we see them also in blister/can pack releases too?
And how come there's no slime in the Slime buckets? Serious question. Yeah, of course I can imagine any number of reasons why not, but I'm curious what the official word is.
fantastic! I needs me that Stinkor!!!! Seriously love what Super7 is doing. I'm very excited for the future!
I see that there are Ghostbusters slime 'canisters' again now. Not like the old cans of ectoplasm, but still, we may see a resurgence in slime toys. I used to love my gooper ghosts and slime pit!
Here's the can that I got artistically spilled across the floor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a single glow figure in the set. I had no idea and totally did not read the description on the shop page when I ordered. The rubber quality is improved also. It's firmer. It's definitely more in line with original MUSCLE, than the first wave of MOTUSCLE, which was softer and/or squishier. That was something that bothered me from last year, but whatever..it's still Heman! I may need another can. I want more glowy goodness and an orange Beastman.
NICE!!!! My buddy picked up a can for me when he was down over the SDCC weekend. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a GID one as well, although mine was Trap Jaw. I'm looking forward to scoring series 2. I GOTTA have that Stinkor in all the colorways! Oh, and I took a picture of my Teela with the Classics Grayskull. This is the scale that Grayskull should be lol!
Glow Trap-Jaw!!!! Nice! If I was really picky, here would be my color wishlist based on the cans for some of the sculpts. Orange: Beastman, Man-At-Arms, Buzzoff Blue: Man-E-Faces Green: Triklops, Whiplash, Merman, Man-At-Arms Glow: ALL OF THEM
Fantastic news... the "squishier" quality of the rubber from wave 1 was definitely a let-down. Awesome news that the quality has improved!
I bought a few cans to get some complete sets. I did my math poorly because I forgot about the gid figure. I have to buy a few more now.
Did you at least get unique GITD figures from each can? If so, that's pretty cool on Super7's part for packing them.
Just got a pack of Nerd Block exclusive colorway in the mail today. Pretty stoked. First official pack of these and am in love for never being a true MOTU fan.
