Come on over to the storage unit some day, we can be a couple of dads reliving the good ol’ days.

I think I lost most of my early posted images when I dumped Photobucket. But some were still lurking.

These Marmit Vinyl Paradise figs were my first kaiju sofubi purchase:

But. the funny thing was that I found him in a novelty store not too far from Super7, which I didn't know existed. In fact, I'm pretty sure the other store, whose name I cannot recall, was up a few blocks on Post as well. Then reading the header card, I realized I was just there, so later I became a frequent-ish visitor to their Japan Town location. Once they moved to the Haight, parking became a bit more complicated, and I left the Bay Area before they moved again. But yeah, I became curious about vinyl figurines with this alien chicken. Humble, but fun.

Love these chicken fevers, I was never fast enough when they used to still pop up on the second market from time to time. now I never see them.

My first sofvi toys came in a trade that included this Splurrt Diggler painted by Dlux, and the Rebel Ink in the background. I remember not knowing anything about them when they came in. In fact, I distinctly recall taking this pic whilst trying to research what a Diggler even was via the half-opened laptop in the back
