This version is utterly amazing. A real mix between the original Frankenstein monster and Furankeruge.

The hair is the final touch that completely sets him apart all other release and makes each one all the more unique.

A Pink / Green / blond hair Gori tribute version would really be something too !

To make people with common sense and ethics get upset so that someone else can feel really cool and above it all and laugh at how uptight others are? Kinda goes with the general manipulation and elitism that make this figure a blight on the scene, despite the fact that without all the B.S., it's a pretty cool sculpt.

Seriously, if racism and homophobia are considered uncool at this site, I'm really surprised that an obviously intentionally inflammatory (and yeah, disrespectful) photo like that would be allowed by the mods. I'm not easily offended and my sense of humor isn't exactly politically correct but c'mon ... way beneath poor taste, and I honestly do think people kept their mouths shut because of who posted it.

Its the flag of Israel (which incorporates a Star of David). There Jews who in no way identify with that Nation, it might not have even occurred to them to be offended.

Its probably a bit of a drag to be automatically tagged as a Zionist for being Jewish, whether observant or not.

The figure could stand on its own without the "What would Marilyn Manson do" stuff though.

Are you fuckin' kidding me? I don't know one single Jew (myself included) that would not be offended at least a little bit by this picture. What Jew would not associate themself with the flag of isreal (star of david)? That has to be one of the most assinine things I have ever read.

And, yeah, this picture reaks facism and I don't think it has any place on this board. Too bad others won't speak up to have it removed. Nothing against Greg for posting it, Just does not leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling!

Whatever you say, the picture is immature and inappropriate, lacking any artistic value, and as such has no place here. It is a hateful comparison. How would it feel if the Israeli flag were replaced by the US flag? WTF?

Back on track with this thread...
finally met with Mr. NagNagNag and the boys over here in Tokyo today. Received some jaw dropping toy porn gifts.
1 of 3. Siamese variant. Also, people always ask my why is Mr. NagNagNag only painting 10? If you ever see this figure in person, you would realize the amount of hours it takes to paint only 1 figure. It's really individual customs.


I don't think these guys look like elitists in anyway shape or form especially myself. Just a bunch of toy nerds.

Well I was referring to myself actually and you don't know me.

I have heard some extremely anti semitic things said in my presence because I didn't "look Jewish". It sucks to be hated merely because you exist, or actually be told you weren't hated because you looked like a "Wasp" and get an apology.

I believe Israel has a right to exist. On the other hand I do not identify with Israel or its current politics in any way. Fascism is fascism.

I think you may the exception then because most Jews are not going to appreciate this comparison. Most people do not like being compared to Nazis, and most would agree rationally it is not the same to compare anyone to Nazis because their plans and scale were without historic equal for pure evil. What would your Mom think?

And, Lamour, "back on track?". Back on track to the shameless promotion of this toy? The memory of Kozik being on the board is always haunted by taunts that he shameless sought to hawk his goods here, but the Nagnagnag thread is an exaggeration of that theme.

You'r very likely right about being the exception. The sight of a swastica actually does annoy me.

Don't particularly care to argue politics on a message board and the photos are in bad taste.

On the other hand having seen documentaries of Palestinian living conditions (usually directed and filmed by Israelies) its obvious the spiral of violence won't end unless one side or the other stops behaving horribly towards the other.

Swasticas don't belong on a toy board on that we can agree.

To me the Star of David and Judaism are not synonymous with Israel.

I think you missed the point. When you post an image like that be prepared to defend it. If you can't defend it apologize for offending people in this community. Trying to change the subject is lazy. When Kozik made Hilter toys he was willing to explain why he made them to anyone who asked about it. Why aren't you willing to do the same?
