Why two years ago? I was in school maybe a bit blind to the potential relationship demise- I think I thought it would get better. It did not, and only got worse. Much worse.

 

been there, gone through that. One of my worst relationships happened to lead me to Arizona where I ended up staying and just so happened to meet the woman who is now my wife. Stay positive, only good things to come from here.

 

Thanks man. It's hard medicine to swallow but deep down I know it's the best move. Curious, are you originally from out west? I ask because my major was Geosciences and I'm thinking of expanding my job search to out west.

 

No! Actually from the Midwest. Spent my whole life in Illinois up until 6 years ago when I moved to AZ. Me and both of my brothers have now left the Midwest to head towards the west and l would say we are all significantly happier. I'd say to seriously consider the option.

I haven't been to Wendy's in about 3 years. Ordered a salad and they crumbed blue cheese all over it. Never went back. The feelz is real.

 

I go every week for cheese fries with cheese on half the fries. (It gets all soggy otherwise, plus you can't really eat it with your hands.)
That's literally how I order it. The workers laugh every time one of their new colleagues are confused by my order, and they have to ask what on earth I meant. ...granted, they barely speak English, but hey, at least they know me now and can make my silly order without fail.

On a completely unrelated aside. Dognapping . . . . real or just for the publicity and/or insurance $$$?

 

unfortunately Andy dog fighting rings are well established worldwide and although it paints me as a psychotic I would literally bite the fucking throat out of anyone who involved in that shit. my dogs are better companions than any human ever was and very few things in life piss me off more than animal abuse

 

Pretty sure that the dog I'm thinking of is more likely to be carried in a teeny-tiny bedazzled manbag than be involved in dog fighting!

 

I took the dog theft comment in regard to how many dogs in the states have literally been stolen out of folks yards

Last year they busted a big ring in Ohio that had folks from 5 states involved and sadly yes even tiny dogs

Maybe the dognapping was an attempted extortion? Dog fighters in NYC and the surrounding areas sometimes grab dogs of any size as training bait.

Or hey, it could have all been for attention and sympathy so people would throw some money in his direction, who knows. These sort of things don't surprise me anymore... Too many people who are all too eager to manipulate others for their own benefit!

 

This thread gets all sorts of weird at times. Salads from Wendy's, people making snides at non-english speakers and dognapping? all in a few lines.

 

agreed...is dog napping real? People steal everything for a million reasons. Is human trafficking real? What about he clinical depression or social anxiety so many here claim to suffer from? I just can't believe it.

Good move, convoluting human trafficking with dog fighting and mental health. It is not that they are not important nor worthy of discussion, all must be very difficult to contend with for any of us. I maybe didnt state my point clearly, so I'll just expand: I sometimes look at this thread and the range of things that get discussed baffles me, since some of the lines of conversation do not respond to others. What happens is then a serious thing, such as mental health, is followed by someone complaining about lack of dressing or someone not understanding their order at foodshop. All of these things happen to all of us at different times, it is to me just odd to see them back to back like that.

 

Well some of you are oblivious to blatant trolling. And then claims its for sympathy or whatever. That's why I bring up mental health, that no one would ever sit here and tell someone they aren't depressed, but just looking for sympathy.
Here's an idea, steal someone's dog for reward money and when they show up with 20 people and escalate the situation where you feel that you are about to get put in the hospital if you don't return that dog, see if you are you are going to ask them for 5 grand.

The whole dog napping thing. someone had their dog stolen and was very upset about it, offering rewards on social media. These guys are just bringing it up questioning the validity of it to troll him.
