It would appear that there is a 4th Odoron... It took me a while to chase down the release information, but this was sold at Shinganist Showcase 3 in Japan, which opened on 1/22/10. This is confirmed by Gargamel's blog, which mentions a 'special Odoron art print set' to be sold at the event, and by Usugrow's website, which shows this figure displayed at the event.
This being the 4th, would mean there is another besides the blue and green painted. What other color was there?
Imagine if a new color odoron was the surprise in the Lucky Bags. That would make finding a blue one even harder
With the Ggml Lucky Bags landing, and everyone gettin’ super stoked on their draws(for good reason), it made me think to get new, better photos of the Kiyoka Deathra. It’s a one off from San Diego Comic Con 2014(maybe 2013?), at a time where you could just walk up to the booth, choose a one off, and buy it right then and there, which is literally what I did. Grabbed this for the missus as an anniversary gift, which also became her first entry into the world of sofubi. Still her favorite toy to this day, even over her Uamou collection, who’s her favorite artist. Spoiler
First warm day of the year here I was carrying groceries and didn't have the patience to get a good shot of Tetran together, but man, what a sculpt. Wasn't sure at first since his styling breaks from other standards a little, but the refinement behind the big guy becomes more and more obvious as I play with him. Spoiler: More photos
ThrashOut Bako in the house!! Thanks @IronPaw. I love the Bako most of all the GGML sculpts, I think?
I have been searching all day for infos, found your pictures, tried to look on Angel Abby Flickr, but damn, no info about this figure
Looks like it was part of Gargamel’s collection in their old Thrashout store and NFS at that point in December 2011 https://www.flickr.com/photos/angelabby/6537955347/in/photostream
Wow, nice find! What a strange way for a shop piece to show up. I wonder if it was given away when they closed Thrash-Out.
What a truly fantastic score! Although getting rare, Manda still has some bargain gems from time to time. This is definitely one of them.
Oh wow, yeah, that is a crazy good price! I wonder if it showed up in an old lucky bag based on the packaging
That Deathra is absolutely gorgeous. It’d pair nicely with the Hedoran of the same paints, which is actually one if few Ggml Hedoran I want to eventually hunt down.
Second toy purchase in Japan during my 2015 stay. Bought this trio from Yoda - San at Cosmo Knight Alpha for $25. If I remember what I was told correctly, these were the first painted versions released to the public when Ggml first opened shop, but I could have that *totally wrong! Spoiler
Holy shit! This family gels so well, both in terms of colour and the styling on every sculpt. Bit of a captain obvious thing to say, but seeing them together really hammers it home.
