Seriously your pics have made me try and step up my toy photography game but just daaaaaamn.

 

Finally got my spiders out of storage, along with a couple of new additions to the family. Nothing quite like picking up a new painted Kumon and seeing how Dennis' masterful palette choices and paint app put a fresh spin on the sculpt. Besides, this Scorcher came on the perfect rainy day

Excelent color mix. I’ve been hunting this version for well over 3 years. So happy to have one in the web. Now I’m only missing one version from these lucky bags.

 

This collaboration release between Shirahama Toy and Mike Sutfin is...unbelievable. Gorgeous colors, spectacular marbling, and goddamn it, LOOK at this header art. The micros that came with are just so, so cool. Tiny, but packin’ tons of detail and expression, a la Ggml micros(if it’s not considered offensive to compare). Phenomenal release. I couldn’t be more excited to have added this to the collection.

Killer pics @xSuicide Squadx ! This set is definitely "the one that got away" of my dcon 2018 experience. Haha.

 

Lot of excellent kumon came out this year. I was able to land one of all of the releases. But I was fortunate enough to land a couple others that I’ve been searching for a long time. Since I didn’t want to bombard the top 5 thread with just kumon. I’m going to post my top 5 kumon grabs here hope you enjoy


It was a great year for the spider. Although I haven’t been able to acquire a large boi yet. Like anyone will tell you in this hobby, patience is a virtue.

@HardDragon What release was that middle one? Never even seen that in a photo of anything before.

 

The middle one is one of the sample/one off lotto versions from the start of the year actually it might have been last year I am not 100% sure. It was offered to me more recently from a trade. It is on GID vinyl it’s defiantly a beauty, as was each of those babies in that lotto. Very greatful for this one to be in the collection but he is right at home!

 

That one it’s a one-off that was made in dicember 2017, but I'm not 100% sure if it was for the Fuckaiju event or the last event in Australia.

 

This one is defiantly a sample one off from the sample lotto that was done March of this year 2018. Below you will find a photo of it that was sent in the lotto email and a better photo of it from my personal collection. I also know this to be the same kumon as the person who traded it to me confirmed when the trade was done I just wasn’t sure of when the lotto was until I literally just searched for it.
