why I love toys

Visiting the art institute always reminds me of why I love toys. It is full of awesome toys from the past!















These are a bit out of my price range, though.

These are at the Art Institute of Chicago. I took a few others but lighting obviously is an issue.

 

I like how you ordered the photos. Good way to compare the forms of the ancient and modern. Beautiful works.

 

cool photos! Of course if these were released today people would complain that they aren't toys due to the bases and lack of articulation.
