I didn't see a thread on these folks and I am going to assume they're American, but feel free to move the thread if I'm wrong. They started out with regular and SD versions of Spell-seijin, the radiation-scarred alien from Ultraseven that Tsuburaya would like to forget:

All of these are things that would have been impossible to get licensing for, so maybe doing this anonymously was the only approach. Does anyone have any of these? If so, how are they?

I think it's concern about the risk of lawsuits.

 

Sorry was just being cheeky. Pretty easy to find out who this is via a court order if you're litigious enough right?

Or even trace the address by scoring one in a lottery.

 

They're not American, or at the very least they're Asian American.
