I got this custom Yamomark Bogura from Japan in the mail today. I really like the sculpt and the colors.

 

Bogura rules! I have the standard brown one and love it, but I would love to snag a few more colorful ones in the future. Congrats on the pickup.

I got the Astro Zombies release of the Green Slime that was at Super Festival 63.

 

That's a great photo to show off the true paint app and color. I absolutely love the original grey version I have, but this one just pops so much more to my eyes. Definitely hope to get this guy on the shelf at some point! Awesome score!

Thanks! I used a black background and then messed with the black level in photoshop to make the background darker. I didn't notice that there were a couple white dots still in the photo, but it gets the job done when it comes to showing off the figure. I agree that the colors really pop on this version. I'm glad they didn't just make it plain green like the cover art on the DVD box for the movie.

 

I'm so jealous of that Robot Girl up there. That's one of the most awesome IDEAS to me, let alone it being a toy..ahh.

Thank you! I didn't like using the black background at first. But now I have my camera settings and lighting set up so I can take good shots and gets the background leveled out mostly if not completely.

BTW, does anyone have any tips on opening the Eye Scream x President Co. Garamon's mouth? This is the 12 inch version. I can't get it to open much more than in the picture. I'm afraid of breaking it.

 

I also like the photos of the new Robot Girl piece. Fun collaboration piece with Itokin Park and Michelle Valigura. I just wish the robot head wasn't translucent and painted like the body, so that the piece could look like a complete robot figure, then you take the head off revealing the girl inside. I bought the beaver car, excited to get it in the mail!
