Thanks man! Landing these guys is proof that dedication to this hobby long-term pays off. If you set your sights on something you really like, and stick with it through the years, nearly everything comes up eventually. Impulse buys come and go, but quality toys never get old. I'd much rather have a shot at stuff I have wanted for really long than chase after the latest craze figure; and the hunt with all its up and downs is just part of it.
Best original sculpts M1 ever created, and best paint jobs Gargamel ever did (IMO). What's not to like? I'll be taking mine to my grave. Oh and the larger the better photo-wise I say. As long as it doesn't require extra scrolling to see the whole photo.
Oh Yeah! These are some of the best toys M1GO ever did, everything about them is perfect. Big pictures are great, just knock down the pixels a bit but keep enough that the picture looks good and post em!

Add me to that list. What a beast! I would love to see more giant sized figures from M1 all around. This looks like a SuFes pic, did you have the chance to check it out in person?
The display was the actual sculpt, not sofubi. This was about three years ago and so far I've never seen or heard about a sofubi sample being made. I really hope it does happen.
I remember when that pic first surfaced - what a dream. It almost looks as though they pulled a reverse-Iwakura!
I don't usually go for Heisei biz, but I sure do love these guys: The GMK krewe according to M1-Go. GMK Soukougecki-Goji Baragon King Ghidora Mothra
Sure did make for a great King Ghidorah fig though. Like the goji too. I have to start getting those now. Great photo, nice to see them all together.
Great figure Kevin. Still one of my favourite Bullmark sculpts. (He is a B-Club re-issue though, right?) I have been waiting for a Yuji version of him for what feels like forever. I think he could really do something special with this version, and maybe in GID with the grace of some rainbow paint would just be magic. Looking at what he did with the de-frilled version, I am sure anything would no disappoint. Sorry, I feel like I am being that guy today. Not my intention, honest. :s
Unfortunately it will probably never happen, I think the ones that Bullmark are still producing that Yuji has painted are all Ultra Q and I remember talking to him about it and it seems those are the only ones that will get the M1GO touch. I would love to see a bunch more Bullmarks that Yuji painted.
Thanks, I appreciate the sentiment and am really thrilled to have him. I thought I might just be stuck having endless conversations about him with other collectors. He really has such great character with that expression and detail, and Yuji's paint work is just fantastic. The bright blue tips on him really knock my socks off.
Agreed, M1's golden touch doesn't disappoint! Love the classic Bullmark colorway on yours ultrakaiju. Noticed I never posted mine up in this thread, so here goes:
That Beams version is really nice too Charlie. The vinyl looks so milky on him. I think a lot of the impressive nature of these (outside of the new, but totally traditional sculpt) is the way he did the eyes. Here is another great original M1 sculpt, the three faces of Gamera.
Sorry for the flood guys, but I had to take advantage of some natural lighting today. Speaking of great colours, this Ultra-Q set is no slouch either.
