I had that initial thought when I first saw it in photos, but getting them both in hand I dig on the Obake head much more. However, the Tar Man is definitely getting his own Dog body when I can swing it.

Also, I was wondering if the black Skullmen are made from black vinyl or are they just painted black? I've quite a few "domino" accidents with them so each one has at least one white spot where they fell on their heads (sorry Joe!). If it were solid black vinyl, I don't see how the damage would be white.
I've honestly never even seen a Skullman in person, so I couldn't tell you. Plenty, plenty of folks here can answer that question, though!
That yellow flocked Obake is something to behold. Awesome pick up! Here's my considerably humble, though small, Secret Base collection. Always lookin' for more fighters and Dogs when I have the funds! Obake Dog is not dead. Pardon the Boogies. Just wanted to get the Skull Kun and Tattoo Man in here, too.
Haha, humble? You've out paced me! Those shelves look great. I love the look of large groups of SB. Just to see the diversity of color and shapes all the while sharing the same parts. Great shots. Now I want to re arrange my shelves by brand.

Did anyone notice that MIB collection of classic SB 12" suits that appeared in a certain Jp resale store this morning? Some of those suits are sooooo hard to get. Most were already sold out by the time I saw them - but what a great selection! Love this "Funclub version": and this Death Phantom:
I almost swooped the death phantom. The sealed GID with Large GID ink tee for 2500 was a pretty good deal too not long ago.
I LOVE that shirt! I wore mine to death since 2005 and it looks pretty grimy now, especially around the collar It used to be my goto toy-event shirt.
A lot of them were quite a bit more than they'd gone for over recent months. Some very much so. While the GID FC ones you don't see often, ¥10,000 was old school pricing. It was a great collection up though Karl. Some good suits in the lot.
