Re: Mockbat I was wondering who scored the metallic painted MB from TAG. Congrats brother, glad he went to a good home.
Re: Mockbat My wife said I look to creepy in this photo, but I don't have a care in the world. I'll post some better detail shots tonight this guy is f-ing amazing.
Re: Mockbat Verrry verrry nice. Looking forward to seeing a better indication of the colors, but it looks like a darker version of the one in the top right of that poster. Looks sharp!
Re: Mockbat Congrats Michael! That is one sweet bat. Let's see some more pics! I'm with Ben on this one. It does look a bit like the elusive top right corner Mockbat.
Re: Mockbat Michael, I give you credit for putting your photo in the thread, that says alot about you. Congrats on your score! awesome Mockbat!
Re: Mockbat Like I said bro congrats. That version sets my heart a flutter. Very appropriate to the character.
Re: Mockbat Yeah I had some shipping issues, and just got my bat yesterday, Paul was really great about helping me, and made sure it arrived safe and sound, I crashed out early last night like 5:30 but I'll have photos posted here today.
Re: Mockbat As promised here are some better shots of it, so you can get a feel for it's color. I've titled this Mockbat Sutra, the MB is articulated in it's arms, head, legs, tail, tongue, and stomach.
Re: Mockbat Thanks Jeff, in case anyone can't figure it out, that's an UN-detinated Soviet missile behind him.
Re: Mockbat Glad it got there OK Michael. Have to admit, even with my error, surprisingly the USPS was quite a bit of help getting it on track with delivery confirmation! You just have to be patient and nice with them.
Re: Mockbat WOW - Congrats!!! The images really show off the mad paint skills of PK. That is one stellar figure!!
Re: Mockbat To be honest I kind of feel guilty whenever I use anything from that book as a background, it has the most horrific photos I've ever seen in it, but there are a few that are perfect backdrops for the toys we play with. It's from Inferno by James Nachtwey. I believe that shot was from a war he covered in Sarajevo.
Re: Mockbat WOW man, VERY creative backdrop... I had NO idea! I need to check out this book... amazing, I go lurking for toys and now I need to hit up the library
