I saw the thread for Negora (a collab between Max Toy & Konatsu), but I didn't see a dedicated Konatsuya thread yet. I have a few of the newer releases, and wanted to see what other collectors, here, have. I like the traditional art influence in the header cards, but I don't feel like that influence really comes through on the toy proportions. I would describe her style as being "cute and clean". I really hope more of her characters get the standard-scale treatment in the future. So far, only Negora & Shibara come in a Daioh version, as far as I know.
I really hope that one day she produces her bat character in vinyl. The new owl is very welcome in the mean time.
Negora. I have 3, I haven’t been collecting sofubi for very long ( about 8 months now). It was one of the first few sculpts bought. Clear with rainbow glitter is my fav of the 3. I have a clear with gold glitter and translucent neon yellow as well... it’s a solid little sculpt and feels nice when you hold it, great size for a smaller sculpt. The larger cats looks best in tanks, in my opinion.

I don't collect Konatsu-ya, but I saw this sold out twin tail tribute on Mandarake this morning. Just super charming. The face is spot on and I love the little collar with bell. It seems perfect too that the two tailed cat is a traditional yokai. Perfect kaiju crossover.
