I'd have to go with Ultra-poutine. And yes, just for Grace, I would even sprinkle some bacon on top. I'll have to have you guys all over to enjoy it with me of course. ...and since we would have the gravy going, I might as well make some homemade spaetzle while I am at it. Hmhmm good. Now I am hungry.
