This was I think taken during my 2nd Super 7 visit a couple of years ago. Glenn has been very pleasant and effective in terms of customer/toy fan satisfaction. We have felt the changes and innovations he introduced during those years he was part of Super 7, to the delight of each and everyone of us here.
