The littlest Gargamel collection on the 'brain. It had a little help from Bullmark, Yamanaya and Buta :D

Regarding the base vinyl. is that a clearish grey head and body with solid grey arms and legs?

my eye sight is damn horrible. nevertheless, really lovely Zag. love the root-beerish accents

There really aren't enough rootbeer coloured toys out there.
It looks so damn good, especially when lit up.

Bwana is the biggest supporter of rootbeer vinyl. It looks a bit more orange in this pic but here are mine.

In another thread I mentioned the lack of Gargamel pictures lately. Then I realized I haven't shared this amazing score. I love Deathra and Miborah, but Zagoran still reigns king in my book.

Thats an amazing zag David. Looks like an older one too since it doesn't have the skull insert. Stunning color choices.

    Thrash out show

Only coz I accosted David already and this is what he told me

David is currently my most hated person alive (or dead) for having acquired that Zag. And, I don't even collect one-off HP's

Do you know guys know what show? I'm stumped. I want to say that James Plotkin had one similar to that in mini form but it was some show in the states. Toy Karma maybe.

It's not from SDCC 2009, Kaiju Blue or 5th anniversary thrashout. Wasn't there a Kaiju show in New York around that time? Was that where it was from?

    Amazing score David.

I think it was the Dai Rakugaki Matsuri in Thrash-Out at the end of 2009 for the full size. If you look at the second photo in this blog post, you can see it in the left corner.

The mini version that khanate had was from Kaiju Invades NYC, I believe.

I looked there but It can't be from the late '09 show.

Hiro posted something in his want list from May 2009 and there is an image of the zagoran from Jason/Logang. So it has to be prior to May. (Sorry was bored and just got back from DC so I've been trying to find the image all day.)

Hmm, you got me. Maybe it wasn't from a show.

Sorry for the slow/late check in. I assumed the zag was from a trashout show. I'll ask Jason to confirm where he got it. It is for sure Kiyoka from 2009 though.

It really is an amazing zag, I can't believe I own it. It's 1 of those pieces you can look at and study for hours. At first it looks like complete chaos but then you realize everything about it is precisely controlled.
