Hot damn, Rei!!! That is an INCREDIBLE find. I am absolutely floored by seeing that, let alone coming across it at a yard sale. These are the kinds of things that occur regularly in my dreams. Just superb man, so happy for you I am grinning like it's Christmas morning. And such wonderful condition too. And to think of all the ones I have been bidding on through the years via auction sites - I only need to to move the the US! A real yard sale 'Lost Ark' you came across my friend. Many congratulations. Love the Madball KOs, Moog. The pop-out eye features make it that extra level of creepy.
Dang, still posting finds, eh? Another lovely batch. What a thrift store that must be!! There are some toys there I really coveted when I was young. I really wanted that big fella, and was so jealous of my brother and his Ravage mini-cassette. That Gobot though (Psycho), was a personal favourite that I just adored. Altho0ugh people complain about it, I actually loved the way that he transformed but still maintained the 'vechicle' nature as a robot; to me this was a much more believable way of conceiving transforming vehicles, and one that could actually be plausible as a futuristic sense (I know, if such a thing were possible). Much more 'mecha' in nature that TFs. And the fact that they/he had the two little pilots inside the cockpit was just the perfect thing to throw me over the moon with it. I don't know what it was, but something about the mini guys (e.g. Diaclone, Zoids, etc) really just were my bag when I was a kind. Wonderful scores @rattanicus. Thanks @ultrakaiju ! Yeah it's a thrift store owned by a couple, and the guy is a big toy fan I too love the transforming style of the Future Machine for the same reasons, and as a kid I also loved seeing small but essential details like the little riders! Still gets me excited. The good stuff...

Nah man, it is easily the crazy spaceships, I just love 'em - that one with the 'Mazinger' riding on top is just the bee's knees; perfect space robos. The height of Japanese style you picked up in that lot, Rei. Showing us all up once again. I sweat I need to accompany on one of these trips, just for the cast-offs! Oh, and incidentally, the girl is Ai Kaminari (上成 愛), aka Yatterman-2.

This is an amazing find Rei ! The one you can't normally dream of outside of Japan ! The robot is called Tonto. It's from a movie (and then series) called "Message from space" (Uchu kara no Messeji - Ginga Taisen / 宇宙からのメッセージ・銀河大戦). The series is ultra popular in France. Actually, anyone of my age can sing the french opening . Think Star Wars with space ninjas in cool space ships. The original movie is by Kinji Fukasaku. It's from a set of four.
