(IMO) His last movie was a flop, but this one looks much better. http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/universal/devil/
Thats probably because he only came up with the story. Others have written and directed it. I'm suprised the studio is using his name for promoting this.
Fuck! A movie playing on people's elevator fears and beliefs. Hopefully this will flop so I can spend less time explaining to people what elevators can and can't do.
Looks interesting. An old friend of mine and I used to ride the crowded elevators at work. One day we decided, let's just enter when it's almost full and then face everyone. It freaks people out. We did this a lot.
As long as I don't have to listen to Beyonce or Salsa or whatever pop music is playing ungodly loud through your ear buds, you can face any way you want. Not directed at you zinc. Just something you run into a lot in NYC that drives me crazy.
What's worse are the asshats that play music through their external speaker on the phone! I was in a tram with a guy playing some lame "R&B" crap through speaker phone and singing along. What's wrong with these people? And why do phones have that function?
His best trick is having well made trailers that make people want to see his ultimately crappy movies. He should just take Eli Roth's idea of a movie made up of trailers, and then he might have a successful movie. The villain appears to be a damage brain.
I hear that. That's a real nightmare. If I had to choose between being stuck in an elevator with damage brain or an aspiring John Legend, I'm probably choosing damage brain.
