Looks more to me like he's pulling a face to amuse a baby radish.

    ^^ Haha

I'm pretty sure this old whistle is Japanese. Whistle Posse Blow.

So I picked these "peeing" keychains up recently at a local toy shop, but I can't help but think they're older designs that have been recycled, or old dead stock seeing the light of the store shelf again? No markings.

Those are pretty hilarious. Do you squeeze them, turn their arms/head, just gravity or how do they work? (or do they? I have far too much time on my hands)

Their heads, being the squishy vinyl parts, act as the pumps. By submerging their peepees and squeezing the heads you can fill their bellies and wiz/pee/shoot! I like how their unibrows give them a slightly monkeyish look.

You are right! The one on the left especially. I love how his nose is actually above his eyes! How does that even work? hahaha. And the unibrow right about just makes it. Reminds me very much of a comic character, though I can't immediately place it. Adorable, man.

    ^^ Haha, they are great.

Looking at the style of them i'd guess they are from a while back. I dont see many modern toys with blow-mold bodies
and vinyl heads . . . . but who knows, guessing the age of toys like these is never easy.

Vintage Duck bottle. 10" high. 500ML

I would guess this was bubble-bath. No idea when it was made.
I cant find another example online so i guess its pretty rare . . . .

I found 'Tomsk' the Womble. 1970's pencil topper.
    I've been lucky finding these recently . . .

No idea. Either a comic strip character or a mascot for a company etc.
    Anyone recognise her?

    Really old one this . . . . £1 at a boot-sale.

Its a gravity walker. Put them on an incline and they waddle/walk in a pleasing manner.
Obviously made before wind-up mechanisms or at least a cheap and effective alternative.

Ahoy there, time to ship out!

That is a pretty cool find. I almost thing the worn away paint ends up making these sailors better, i.e. if they were brand new looking it wouldn't be nearly as funky.

Almost definitely sold in greetings-card or seaside souvenir shops,
    i'd guess 1980's or even 70's.

    50p at a boot-sale.

A rare one. Squeaker still works. Made by Rosebud in England.
50p at a boot-sale. 12 boxes of mainly crockery and kitchen stuff, this little fecker was hiding in the last box.

That's funny Moog! So strange and cool the random things you can come across. I am sure this little kewpie rocker got mixed in there because he was probably adorning a windowsill or shelf in some elderly person's collection of knicknacks alongside the pottery and kitchen stuff, and just got all packed away/tossed into the box together. I bet he saw a lot of things from his perch through the years. What a cute fella! Nice find, and great hunting skills as always.

^^ Lots of cycling about and pure luck :)

Here's my latest Combex score (Orange Fox) . . . he still squeaks. I've never seen him before,
and i've seen a lot of Combex.

    Foxy is 9" high.

Nice one, Moog. His mischievous look, combined with that extra long nose, really makes it quite the little caper. His colour and style remind me of the rabbit I picked up, though I am not sure if that was Combex or not (I don't recall it being marked). Love the mouse too! He is a very suitable 'partner in crime' for this sly guy; though I think I can guess which one is the dominant 'brains' of the operation. :)

Combex stuff is not always marked but it usually is. It seems to differ between the Australian and UK factories . . . .

Orange is a very popular colour for Combex toys. It must of been cheaper to produce or something. I bought the mouse off an SB'er a while ago. Yellow is an extremely unusual colour for Combex. This mouse is one of the few i've seen in yellow.
