the mavs are looking like a run of variants like you said Andy...obviously we'll know better when we all get our bags...but it looks like one-offs are popping up hither and thither.
Here are some picts of the Dorome. This is a clear grey vinyl with silver, purple and yellow metallic paint. Very interesting figure, the colors is very different depending how the light hit the figure. Sometimes more purple, sometimes more yellow and other times more silver.
I am really hoping I scored that type of Dorome in my bag...it's amazing, and would make up for not having any of the black ones... the silver is killer on this!

you got it. and now you're gonna have to get a dorome. once you get one, the sculpt totally wins you over. I have 6 so far and want as many as I can get...
I was on the fence about the Dorome until I had one in my hands...between the metallic paints, the killer eye, and the crazy topside mouth it totally clicked. Slime-Fish pollution monster?
Yeah that mouth on top and fish head realization just totally changed him for me. When I first saw it I thought it was sort of a clumsy design but now I am really looking forward to my Japan LB-Z ! I wish a lot of releases would include more detailed photos.
I think this is one of the first Dorome releases to really emphasize his fishiness. He's a smog monster like Dorogami but with a...fishiness about him. This is my favorite Dorome release along with the orange/red one, which is stunning.
got a secrert bag here for another who was out of town when the mail was sent out soliciting these and i knew he would want one so i went ahead and purchased it for him. this is his results: oh, and it's a b-type bag 1 beautiful framed print: 1 clear grey dorogami (and you guys dont laugh if i get the names wrong) 1 pink thing with stalks for eyes 1 sparkly gold lava thing and finally, the best one in my opinion all in all, i am sure he will be very pleased. blobpus could stand to learn a thing or two from cronic on these luckybag ideas...he really does it right, no doubt....
Thank you for posting the photos. Another gorgeous lucky bag. Last year, during the 2007 Winter Wonderfestival, Cronic released what may be the greatest assortment of figures ever released at a show. (Black Zyurai with gold pinstripes, Rainbow Camguts, etc) Could be we're looking at another watershed release with these lucky bags. One thing's for sure - the variety is unparalleled!
I got my shipping notice on the 11th, but no updates since then I think MTC is just shipping them out as they arrive, it would explain how some are receiving them much earlier than others.
