Man Mountain running in fear!! I love how this show, regardless of the tone of the episode still manages to sprinkle great humor into it. Similarly to BB, it knows when to give us a breather from the drama without it feeling like a breather.
"I once convinced a woman I was Kevin Costner, and it worked because I believed it!" The half dollar scam was executed perfectly. So many nods this time, the Belize bit was fun.
^^ Oh man, that bit was so great . . . the look on the bored girls face when she realises Jimmy is losing it. His little story just getting worse and worse was priceless. I dont know why but i was inexplicably a little disappointed with the finale. I cant really put my finger on it. It was the only episode directed by Peter Gould so maybe that was it . . . I did like the fact that Jimmy made the decision to not take the deal with Davis & Mane completely on his own regardless of the circumstances that lead up to that decision. He wasn't really forced into being a crook, he could of stayed straight if he wanted too . . .
I was definitely expecting something big and horrible to happen so the ending was certainly a surprise. Definitely a bit underwhelming but also fit with the pacing of the show. Its interesting because technically the series could end with this season and pick up at BB with out skipping a beat. We know now what ultimately turns him to the darker side of law so the rest of the seasons will be filler except for Mikes story which we also kind of already know too.. Eagerly waiting for Season 2
Season 1 just popped up on Netflix. That is all. EDIT: That's not all, actually - new episodes start up on the 15th!
I need to watch the first episode of season 2!!! Lena was a costumer on the show and was super tight lipped on the season and all the cool shit she saw. She said they knocked it out though.
Yes! I realized he was the same loud mouth after the fact. Aside from that one of the police officers too (possibly both!). I know they look familiar though I don't remember which episode(s) they were in. Skylar phoning the police for domestic issues maybe?
"Wait till you see what I floss with". Solid start to the new season. Good to see Mike turn down Mr. Baseball cards in his ridiculous rich-guy clown car . . . .
I would like to add that it helps to have seen Breaking Bad. You get thrown bad into that universe quick with this show
^^ Haha. yeah. That was inspired and hilarious. "It looks like a school bus for six year old pimps". The writing on this show is top notch . . . I'm loving the new season already!
Finally caught up. Whats there not to like about this show?! Love where everyhing is heading for Jimmy and Mike. Spoiler that cobbler stuff was hilarious
Breaking Bad is still superior to me, as there's more of it and at times was just beyond awesome. Watching Better Call Saul does remind me how much I hated so many Breaking Bad characters though. Simply not having them around makes it fantastic.
