Just wanted to show off these awesome Amapro toys I got!
Amapro Daikaiju Saihatari Black Wonder Festival 2006 Summer Ltd and Amapro Kingsiesar Glow

 

I love that guy on the right!!!

 

Try taking a glow picture with the lights out!

 

I tried with no luck. Need better camera. His glo is pretty good though.

 

I dig that Daikaiju Saihatari Black! Reminds me of a freaky rubber gorilla I had in the 70's as a kid!

He looks like it's smiling in the light, but definitely has a mischievous glow persona.

I'm bringing this thread back from the dead. I see there's an Amapro thread in Japan Toys, but I thought this would be more appropriate here. Feel free to post your Amapro pictures.

When I say Amapro may very well be my favorite soft vinyl toy brand, I mean it.

What is the skull-octopus thing? I WANT!!!

Very cool collection!

 

His name is Skulltakos. It's the same squid body as the Amapro Sudaru squid, only with a skull head. The reaction to this toy when it was released some years ago was negative, but I always thought it was kick ass. It looks like a cheap piece of junk. I love it.

 

I'm green with jealous rage over some of those. Here I was thinking I was the only dude collecting Amapro. I know Chris from Grumbletoy is a big fan too, I'd be curious to see what he's got.

I've personally been trying to track down some of the older sculpts. Come to me, Rarigonika (a boy can dream) and Saihatari.

 

Yeah, if you track down a Rarigonika before I do, I'm gonna need you to go ahead and clone that sucker for me. I've been looking for one off and on for about six years and haven't found one yet.
