I asked one of the girls and they said the video will go up on the Clutter website.

And what a surprise, I didn't win again. There's always next time.

I got my ride out of the repair shop just in time to make this show.
The video was great, the gallery is in a very active art-ville, I'm really glad I went.
I returned just before they closed to adopt one of Bwana's Butas and thank that Japanese guy for coming. ;)

I agree, the sickly green skin is trademark impressive, but the white's of the eyes seems too white. As is Shig used one of those Liquid Paper white out/correction fluid to paint em.... Enough teasing, I think I'm gonna need a full body shot ;) .

You can't see it in the pics, but I guess Shig drew/painted blood vessels in the eyes, it's actually pretty cool.

I thought so.... just from the pic I thought is was just messy white paint mixing with the browns. I knew I couldn't of expected no less from Shig.

I'm under the impression all these toys are part of the show and not actually "sold" yet.

The Nags were cash and carry, but everything else is on display till the show comes down.

Yeah, that makes sense. Because I am sure no one else that can't just drop near a thousand dollars on a toy would like a chance to have a look at them. Let those peasants fight amongst themselves for the privilege to see the 'lesser' toys.

I went hoping to meet more SB members but ended up leaving early with two young girls who had come over from another art show. 8)

I'm going to start wearing a name tag to shows because its almost impossible to meet new SB members.

Ultra999 tried that at Toy Karma 2... It doesn't work, people are too cool for school and will go "Nah, I ain't wearing that." Myself included.

What, you guys didn't flash the secret SB sign?

At Superfest I just went up and introduced myself to everyone (probably much to the chagrin of other members  :D ). Sure I might have came off as a friendless loser, but hey, it's Skullbrain! ;) [and I am too old to care what people think]

Oh, I already know I am not hip enough for those cool kids. Names like Tsuburaya and Honda still mean more to me than Mishka or Nag.

Re: A Nag Pa I Root

I thought about wearing a name tag but it wasn't my show.
There really were a lot of people in there from 6:30-7:30.
On the way there I imagined a small event with only a handful of people, all SB members.
I didn't realize Clutter Magazine was big online and had held other events.
    I'm glad I went.
I almost chickened out as it was my B-day on Monday and I was celebrating the whole weekend long.
