Probably not till someone has upped the blind bid and "seller" is satisfied. Obviously trying to get as much as possible. The blue one is the least likable color wise and it's opened. I just wish the bar wasn't raised so high in such a short time because when one off's role out (which I'm sure they eventually will) the price is going to be so jacked up.
I sketched this two headed abomination as part of a mutant Sesame Street series a few years ago... he might be a good adversary to the two headed Bemon Demon...HA!
Santa brought me a present. I'm most thankful for the wonderful friends I've met on this board directly and indirectly. SKREW 4 Life! Also, Santa made me realize something. Bemon doesn't exactly own the rights to this character so expect some paper or plexi prints soon. Colorways to match the ones that already came out as a tribute to BEMON. Bemon is the Sheeet! Oh, I can't stop marveling at this toy. He truly is remarkable. The weight, detail, etc. The color is also more of a dark teal instead of a blue. Toy of the year imho.
yes thats what I'm talkin about..if I can't get the toy at least I can get an LS print...09's gonna be great!
A plexi-print would be INSANE! No, I don't have one of these toys, but the print would rock me nearly as much.
After all these pages of 2-Headed BeMon thread, is there any indication on this creature's name? Does anyone have that issue of Filmland magazine with it on the cover? Is the name inside? Just curious.
l don't know the name but I do know that the Bemon is officially more popular than Kaws now. At least that's what the sign says on this one displayed at the Madarake store on Broadway. Hail BEMON!
I have that issue and there is no mention of the cover art anywhere, at least not that I could find. The first, main, giant monster in the movie (the Harryhausen cyclops rip-off) was named "Cormoran" but I don't recall the two-headed guy having a name.
Congrats Joel for the score And I'm with the majority If I can't have the toy I'll love sick kick ass LS print!!!
you know it's only a matter of time. I'm sure they're already bored with KAWS and looking for the next big thing. I almost bought a pair of Supra high tops yesterday until I found I out they're in high demand because Lil Wayne rocks em
Man, I went to the biggest Foot Locker in Dallas over the break (it's on par with Austin's sneaker head shops ) & saw some LEVI's branded shoes that are complete & total take-off's of the Supra Skytops... I can't wear kicks that'll get spotted out on other peoples feet, esp as fakes. That shit bugs the hell outta me... The memoryfoam insoles are great for comfort though!
