Blanks for Yuji to paint. Yuji painted a bunch of samples in different variation. Haruo Nakajima-san anniversary passing. Bunch of photos on Yuji FB to commemorate his passing.
Yuji back home from CA and straight to work for Super Fest released this coming weekend. Sorry, you need to log in to Facebook if you have an account to watch the video of Yuji painting the DX Hedorah. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=531759510606227
Nothing like resting up, ha. The new giants are looking just as glorious as one might have imagined. I know it likely seems that I am saying this about a lot of toy these days, but some day I hope to have one of these guys towering over his vinyl cousins. Some day.... Can't see the video (likely due to restrictions), but thanks for sharing @chimply.kaiju !
Oh man oh man... I'm waiting for the green base colorway to come through. I was tempted with the yellow, and this one is looking nice ...but...must...stay...strong...!
It is a beauty for sure. (I guess technically the 3rd version?) If I had the cash, I would be all too willing to shell it out in the name of this giant piece of gorgeous plastic monsterdom.
Technically the 4th release. The 1st and 2nd were on yellow, but the yellow were slightly different. Yuji wasn't satisfy with the 1st yellow vinyl color, so he had the factory fine tune the 2nd yellow closer to the original Bullmark yellow color. 3rd was Hawaii pink color. So this flesh release will be 4.
Right, right. That is what I was referring to, i.e. a third version of the yellow/Tokyo colour version. I sort of look at the first two as different versions of the same style, but not sure if people generally see them as official 'releases' or just variants. Sofubi semantics, eh?
Heh...I've owned maybe four different yellow Bullmark Hedorah figures, and I promise you: no two of 'em had the same shade of yellow! If only we could go back in time to experience what these toys were like when they rolled right out of the factory...
I just died and went to Heaven,... but thankfully Lixx was there so I could show him the picture that killed me.

@chimply.kaiju - Wow, check out that new ShodaiGoji! The upward palms have such a killer look. The GyakushuGoji looks really great well. Stoked for both of these new sculpts.
I'm really happy to see the return of the Godzilla Tricycle. Now I'm wishing I never sold my other M1go. What was I thinking.
I may have posted this before, but just a reminder that M1GO will be at the next Monsterpalooza in LA: http://www.monsterpalooza.com/spring/
Sounds like the clear blue Godzilla will be distributed by lottery for those who collect all 16 stamps in the stamp rally event. It is limited to 20 pieces. So, good luck getting that one...
