@toothaction They look great together! Nice work. Even though the characters are not Japanese, they still have that Bear Model chunkiness and quality. The BM Diamond Eye I have looks very similar to Spidey . . . the shape of the legs, torso and especially his stance. Unmistakable.
I think they are definitely running off of a 'starting mold/model' of sorts, which they add too/take away from to get to each figure. You can see the same thing in their line of new KR and Barom-1 figures. Not that it is a bad thing, each still has its own feel, but you do get the aspect of a more comprehensive connected line, with the thread running through them, sort of like grown-up (size only, let's be honest here ) action figures. Very nice David, love the classic Marvel line-up. Defnitely some childhood joy in that grouping. And I await [with baited breath] for BM/Medicom to fill in some more gaps. Gingers crossed that this is not the end of the line.... but I could see that happening. As a complete aside, I know it is much-neglected in the pantheon of Marvel Spidey products, but I would certainly be very interested to see someone do some new toys from the Supaidaman franchise; though, I imagine certain licensing controls are probably still prohibitive for this, and should it e en even occur, they would then be Japan-only out of necessity. Wahm-womp.
I love how Spidey and Ironman look like they've been hitting the breakfast buffet a little too hard as compared to the stupid, impossible physique of most superhero toys ( I myself need to lay off the waffles....). They are much more pleasing sculpts than the mass produced Marvel garbage that we are buried with here in the states. Ironman looks like he may have a full bionic diaper. And that's cool with me, daddy-O. Great pickups D. Edit: Ghostrider head sculpt is undeniably Bear Model.

Very nice family D. 'Older' Dick Grayson makes me feel less embarassed about checking out Nightwing's sassy behind.
I've always kept one eye on that standard size orange BM monster.. I think your close-up shot just sold me on it @The Moog ! Luckily there seems to be a bunch of them floating around recently
I took a long time to get off my arse and grab that standard size fella myself. Here are the other BM versions of Gavadon . . .
I mean rare for free on the internet, not as many people scanning Bear Model pages methinks. I expect i could track down the actual magazines, but i've stopped buying stuff from YJA. The postage and middle-man fees were getting silly.
^ Just gorgeous! Used to have the glowey version, all done up in dots, but I've never seen this beautiful bruise version up close. Well selected and congratulations.
Thanks David! I've seen that glow version also, and it looks greatl....Like a nightmare clown made out of mozzarella!
@grosspustule I really need this Trunker, he is despicable in a good way. I just received this Silver Kamen and he's just perfect : View this post on Instagram
