16 sessions in on my dTMS therapy, I will say one thing the depression is 100% gonefelling great every morning and no more hopelessness, but as I was warned, the anxiety has come to the surface and taken good old depressions place, so I'm leaning heavy on the Klonopin. I'm don't the anxiety starts to lessen as time goes buy but the waiting for that just makes me anxious 20 sessions to go! Lets go team mental health, if your learning about dTMS and have questions feel free to ask. I'm getting some of my artistry back!
So glad to hear it's working, congratulations! Sucks about the anxiety, but klonopin has definitely been a godsend for when my anxiety gets bad. So many docs won't prescribe it anymore.
I was on extended release Xanax for ever, then the switched me to klonopin. Since I have a government job I get most my meds for practically nothing and the insurance pretty much approves whatever makes you better.
I have the book The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook in front of me. It's 6 on my list of need to get to readings. I did go over a couple of chapters and it has a lot of methods to lessen anxieties. If you have a therapist the skills can be worked on together.
Yeah I have a shadow work journal with three books included that I'm working on, it's rough going having dyslexia, but I'm grinfing at it. Lots of meditation and scheduling of my pills by alarm...
