Toph's customs

I painted a small run of 3 new MaxToyco Kaiju Tripus in a full on rainbow style, tried to tone down the big eye with some darker colors.

I freaking LOVE this figure! painting it was mind boggling-ly fun.

I painted this Grody Miki following the sculpt, the texture on this piece can stand up to and great Kaiju imo.

 

Tried my hand at a "bruised" paint app, seriously weird looking but it was really fun and i do like the outcome.

 

I love Painting these Restore Fog figures they are just freaking perfect.

 

I imagine that texture is a lot of fun to paint.

Small side note - I really like the bit of a gut that Restore has going along with these matching armature toys.

1st is Kaiju Yaku
This sculpt is so packed! was perfect for both a paint rub and a wash!



2nd is Fuku Bear!
This has really grown on me since having a few in hand, they are so damn fun to paint, just a perfect little airbrush canvas.
Super cute but they kind of look like they may kill you in your sleep also.

 

I forget who makes the gecko (popsoda x ?) but that is such a nice colorway especially done on scales.

A real masterpiece, love seeing what customizers do with them.

The official releases are ok but simple sprays don't really do it justice imo.

I was debating on a green or blue blood for your Gamarah but I'm 100% glad I went red, it totally still worked over all the colors instead of the usual flesh tones.

Maguro Rainbow trout 1-Off. Clear red internally painted meat middle and a real hand tied fly by me also.

 

That trout is fantastic So detailed! How do you make vinyl look like real flesh, skin, and eyeballs?!

 

Na not mine. I think those were the OG color way release, also i don't poses that level of spray restraint
