Beautiful stuff man. I was almost directly behind you at Five Points and had meant to come chat with you at some point, but I always get intimidated by other artists I don't know at shows haha. maybe next time I'll grow a pair.

 

Stop by next time, trust me, I've randomly introduced myself to many artists and vice-versa, you have nothing to lose, and will gain many interesting beneficial opportunities and relationships.

Don’t tell your Partner(s) you’re goin’ on a shopping spree! Ay wey so excited for all of these releases.

 

Luckily for me, both the missus and me have our own vices, and therefore have zero contention about what we buy or how much spend, so long as bills are up to date! On top of her usual hobby/profession, she also collects some toys. So she gets it twice as much when I go ham. Especially if it comes to Splurrt/Secretoy.

That Uncle Steve is really freaking cool. I’m not into black blanks but on this sculpt it looks really badass.

What an early drop too.. barely waking up for work! Lol

 

Nothin’ gets Friday the 13th more mood striking than Uncle “Creepy” Steve being brought back from the dead once more. Love the slight size spike and the additional parts. Knowing that Steve can now have differently colored jacket/pants combos is a total game changer for this sculpt. Mixed parts would be pretty damn fun for this one, too.

Deader is better when you’re Uncle Steve. Really lovin’ everything about this first blank release. The lamé is so sparse it almost looks like faint silver sprays. The Tales From the Crypt font, and comic - esque nature of “SOFUBI” to the side of the header is just fun, not to mention the rad insert Joe placed in the bag behind Steve himself. The additional jointing of hips and legs for articulation adds a little more playability to his character, as well as leaving options open for different colored suit jackets and pants.

Gawd why did I do this preorder....so many boxes to ship.

Glad to see these are landing. I’m going to blow out the uncle Steve into a new line and do some new heads as well, potentially a 2nd body.
