I need to get off my butt and setup a good photo spot again, but here are my new special friends from this week.

This photo really does not do the Cyborg Paulo justice. The light sparkles in the vinyl and the colors just make this guy shine.

 

You know @Fig Belly, @gomora63 just posted looking for a Mooneater. Given only a handful even exist, I think a new sculpt in the current pocket size would be well received. (Myself, I'd also like to see a pocket Steven. But I don't want to be greedy )

 

i have been telling @Fig Belly to make a Mooneater for years. I’d love to see it in a standard size, along with a standard Morel salari man.. one day hopefully.

It's so tricky deciding what to always do next. I kinda wiggle back and forth between always wanting to create new characters, and doing new sculpts of old ones. If i had the resources, I'd have new sculpts of Boris, Mooneater, Steven, lonny and Jeff, frederick, and even an updated Edward. Maybe someday

 

Easy to relate to Bwana’s sentiment. After nearly 14 years of creating with some form of plastics/polymers, it’s a bit of a conundrum when I to go shopping for groceries and avoid items wrapped in plastic at all costs (financial costs abounds). Then I come home to mountains of vinyl flash and tubs of figures awaiting paint. I guess all the more reason to be down on the whole ‘I’m gonna make a toy ‘cuz I can, even though i have a job that makes me a good living attitude’ that goes around at times.

 

The resin and vinyl toys you and Bwana make are not 'single use', so I think you can sleep at night.

I will admit that the following is a pity party but I don't care.

Very jealous of you toy nerds who grabbed a new Steven Friday. I was in the ER for all three drops before getting admitted to the hospital this weekend for an infection . First drop I was having a migraine. Second drop I was too full of morphine to work my phone. Third drop they came to take my vitals at just that moment and cock blocked me even though I was ready.

I know there will be more Stevens to come. But I can be jealous too.
