And am I correct in assuming that they will only be available at Mishka's NYCC booth exclusively?
Those that can't make it, won't have anything to hope for in terms of a lottery, or online availability, right?

They will be availble in the GHOST CAVE. It will appear at a secret spot at NYCC. Other than that I guess the secondary market. No online or store release. Sorry!
