  My appetite came back with vengeance after leaving the hospital but now all food tastes funny and I’m never hungry. Crave cold drinks.

    Many people think that weed helps with that, I don't know how true that may or may not be. Sugar in soda just makes me more thirsty. Are you drinking any tea? When I'm off, green tea helps but perhaps an otherwise insipid herbal tea will hydrate you without conflicting with your rigorous regimen of meds/chemo.

    Yeah all food and some drinks dries my mouth out. Everything tastes like its sucking the moisture out of me. I drink lots of water but this seems like part of a cycle. Only med I'm taking is something for my heart (a-fib).

    I know where you are at. I was there too. I could smell food and it tasted like NOTHING. I had to force myself to eat. Keep pounding Ensure's. Drink gatorade too. You need a break from just water. Marijuana does help with giving you an appetite. Ginger tea is good and will help your stomach some. Did you get that blender? protein powder/banana/ice cream/cheerios. or chex cereal. put some honey in there too.

  Yeah I forgot to mention it started with a fever of 104 but they also started a new chemo regimen and I had a seizure from it!

    liquid children's motrin works fast to cut through fevers. (yes, adults can take it) i had a few fevers during my fight. it works faster than the pill version of motrin. like in minutes.

  My Tio had cancer and they gave him six months to live. He went on for four and a half years. After my Tata got his kidney transplant, they quoted him less than two years, and he ran for 10. Human resiliency is a phenomenon, especially when our strengths are tested. And you're clearly a tough motherfucker, man. Keep swingin' for the fences, and hurt 'em(cancer) bad.     @Mecha well I get another pet scan to see where we are cancer-wise and another lymph node biopsy via surgery. Then see a lymphoma specialist with all this info and my past pathology/ pet scans.

    Its happened to me a few times on Flickr, people not crediting me and passing my photos off as their own. I had a word. At least on Pinterest it shows a link to where the photo originally came from.

    Yeah my lymph nodes which were crazy swollen (to the point of giving me a cough prior to treatment they pressured a lung so much) have all but shrunk to normal after 5 rituxan and 2 chemos (1 cycle) so here's hoping after 2-3 more cycles and a re pet scan I'm almost clear or clear!
