I wasn't a lucky recipient, but that really is an awesome idea/thing to do. I hope it becomes a regular thing to sneak some drawings in randomly.
I got my Yellow Rose yesterday but I completely forgot to check the header...that'll be the 1st thing I do when i get home today.
I got a yellow rose today and my wife made me check immediately to see if we had gotten a sketched header, we didn't, but she was all over the header
Although this one didn't pop out at me like a couple of the others did, I had to get one as the colors are the same as my high school (sorta). Props to Jenny for pointing me in the right direction when I was striking out everywhere else.

Yes I found kaiju chronicle by mistake looking for some info about this amazing toys, I have to say it's amazing all the info it has, I checked it on the morning I never saw any info bout vampire rose I'll check it again to see if I missed anything or some news piped but I think your kidding flatland
I'll tell you what the SDCC Rose is if you tell me what the special release is tomorrow. Brian definitely hinted at something, so I don't think you're saying too much.

Oops! Folks, please don't pester Glenn. Instead, pester me to scan my ENORMOUS collection of original Star Wars newspaper ads. I cut every new one out of the SF Chronicle for two years, 1977-1978 and recently found them in an old scrapbook. The movie was so successful that it played in theaters for over a year in its original release, so there were many different versions of the ads in the paper. As I recall the ones for the first anniversary of the release were really cute. One of these days I'll scan them and post to Flickr. Oh wait. This is the Vampire Rose thread. Oops! I hope this diversionary tactic worked. Sorry Glenn!
