Wot's this supposed to be?

I got the eye dood and a sunguts monster set from taro kaiju today, but I can't figure out wot the rock/pine cone thang that came with the monsters is supposed to be.

 

It isn't ticking, is it?

 

The funny part is it got held up in customs and almost got returned to sender.

 

the green eyes guy is the shit and i love the little black headed geisha. as far as what the pinecone is...sorry loco.

 

I looked up on another site what those sort of hieroglyphic symbols mean. Doesn't make much sense... just keeps repeating this sequence of numbers over and over: 4 8 15 16 23 42.
