Is it wrong of me to really dig the finger prints in the sculpt? I really like that...kind of like when Baikin posted the M1Go video where they were painting the Matango by hand and afterwards you could see the spot where the painter held the figure.
That is completely awesome. Adds a human element to the toy. It's something someone had to spend actual time with, and effort on. Not some assembly line mass-production thing.
I commented (positively mind you) on that when I was looking at my mate's. How are these made? Is the fingerprint part of the mold?
I guess it's just a minor 'error' and part of the homemade/DIY approach... the sorta style where mistakes are turned into greatness. I assume the fingerprints either were part of the original sculpt or someone touched the resin 'character' before the resin fully dried...
Oh my! I really like these a lot! Who makes them? As much as I love vinyl sculpts, I am beginning to appreciate how wonderful resin can be: Le Merde, KILL, etc.
These are made by WeKillYou http://www.wekillyou.net/ Nice collection wtfunk. I have 4 (Jurassic, Magnificant Seven, Rainbow Man, and Mud Diver) plus the new Giant Monstre de Marais. Missing the clear (first one issued right?) the Valentine's Day, and the paler pink, top picture in front (what's inside that one?) These pics of yours are great! Here's my gang...

This is what I love about collecting--just when you thought you saw everything cool, something new shows up! Granted, "new" is relative to each collector. I love these!
