Hi, all...I've got a book coming out (hopefully) at the end of the year called Wilderness of the Mind: The Art of Joseph Mugnaini:

Joe was an artist and teacher who is most famous for his collaborations with Ray Bradbury. He created the burning man cover for Fahrenheit 451, arguably one of the most iconic images of 20th century American literature. The artwork he did for Ray's The Halloween Tree is stunning (and my favorite of all his work).

Even before hen started working with Ray he was well-enough known and respected that Norman Rockwell would travel west to study with him. His line work is incredible and many considered him to be a real master of composition (Norman among them).

There's never been a definitive collection of his work or biography of his life, so I set out a few years back to do one. I was actually visiting collectors of Joe's work in Kyoto last year right before I met up with the S7 group in Tokyo.

Though there might be a few people interested since there are one or two artists on the board. :)

That's very cool! Congratulations on this project! That's got to be very rewarding to take a personal interest and see it get published/distributed!
