What it's all about for me...
Taking time to enjoy these awesome toys we all love, and are lucky enuff to have means to collect. Sometimes it seems like I have so many that I forget to appreciate what it took to acquire them. I like to pull a bunch out and try to remember the circumstances that went into getting each one. A lot of the personality of each toy comes from the story behind it.

 

you hit it spot on with the "what it's all about" with the variety shot. because what its all about is so many different things! nice collection shot, too!

to my knowledge it is all of them, and yeah, i find myself standing in front of the detoif staring at this lot more times than i should, but i'm completely mesmerized by them!

Great bunch of toys Ryan...why don't you give us a few info on the circumstances on how you scored some of the toys?

Most of us have a story to tell on how we got our grail or some toys that we love so much---could be an easy or a difficult find.

And I agree with that what matters most is we appreciate what we have and what we're able to get.

 

I don't want to bore you guys with stories.
You know how it is. Late nights/early mornings on auctions, cool boardie sales, and lucky scores.
And the broke times in between.

 

Really nice variety there - great colors and paint work. Mixes of different toys together usually look awesome - especially if you have good taste!

 

bringing back a fun thread, reposting some of my favorite pics- Its all about fun saturated colors and characters! Its all about big heaping pile of shapes and sizes! It's about taking a figure I like, and painting it or swapping pieces to make it something new!

 

What company made this version of poseidon? He's one of my favorite robot designs, but I've never seen a sculpt of him that I've enjoyed, until I saw this. Simply wonderful.

Draculas was one of those toys I saw I had to have, I always find myself taking him off the shelf to look at.
Being a resin artist, any resin pieces I have are remind me why I collect toys. MH is always my favorites to look at.
